Each person is unique with strengths and areas of desired improvement. Together, we create an individualized plan. Building a strong, empathetic therapeutic bond with each client is my highest priority. Be yourself; you bring the expertise on your experience and we will bring tools and techniques to share.
We are committed to anti-oppressive, culturally relevant, and trauma-informed work. We use an integrated approach from humanistic, cognitive behavioural, strength-based, and mindfulness theory. We also incorporate somatic work to provide a more holistic approach.

Hi! My name is Dagny Jackman-Laos and I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) who is working under supervision and am registered with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO).
